° Desdé la seis de la tarde del sábado 13 del presente mes, hasta las seis de la mañana del lunes 15, queda absolutamente prohibida la venta de licores alcohólicos y de bebidas fermentadas embriagantes. La Policía cuidará estrictamente de que no se desobedezca esta prohibición, y si fuere violada, los responsables pagarán una multa de $ 5 a $ 50, que impondrá la primera autoridad política del Municipio, y que será convertible en arresto a razón de un día por cada peso, cuando no sea pagada doce horas después de notificada la respectiva resolución. El producto de las multas que se impongan conforme a este artículo ingresará al Tesoro del respectivo Municipio.
