Las sociedades sometidas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia no podrán ejercer su objeto sin un permiso de funcionamiento de la misma Superintendencia, que solamente se otorgará cuando su constitución se ajuste a las leyes. Tratándose de sociedades no sometidas inicialmente a dicha vigilancia, deberán obtener también el permiso una vez queden bajo vigilancia .
