° Autorizase igualmente al Gobernador del Departamento de Cundinamarca para delegar en el Instituto de Parcelaciones, Colonización y Defensa Forestal, el derecho de cobrar la cartera existente en la actualidad a favor del Departamento, por concepto de las parcelaciones de las haciendas "Liberia", "El Chocho", y "El Soche", con el fin de que dicho Instituto perciba el valor de la misma por cuenta del Departamento.
