Cuando se hubiere constituido una asociación de usuarios conforme a la presente sección, la comunidad a que refiere el artículo 162 del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974, quedará sustituida de pleno derecho por la Asociación de Usuarios de Aguas Canalistas. (Decreto 1541 de 1978, artículo 268).
