Cuando se trate de evaluar a personal que presta sus servicio fuera de la capital de la República, la Comisión de Personal podrá comisionar a empleados de superior categoría del calificado para darle a conocer los informes sobre su trabajo y calidades personales y para atender los reclamos que éste pueda formular.
