ARTICULO 21 . Integración . En aquellas materias que no se hallen expresamente reguladas en este Código, son aplicables las disposiciones del Código de Procedimiento Civil y de otros ordenamientos procesales, siempre que no se opongan a la naturaleza del Procedimiento Penal.
