La certificación de la Situación de Control y/o Grupo Empresarial y las modificaciones que respecto de estas se inscriban, se certificarán antes del módulo de CLASIFICACIÓN DE ACTIVIDADES ECONÓMICAS – CIIU, en el cual se deberá indicar como mínimo, frente a las matrices y a sus subordinadas, los siguientes aspectos: nombre, domicilio, nacionalidad, calidad en la actúa (matriz o subordinada), actividad de los vinculados, así como el presupuesto que da lugar a la situación de control y/o al grupo empresarial.
