El Escalafón Académico del profesorado de la Universidad estará formado por los Catedráticos, los Profesores agregados y los Instructores, a los cuales podrán agregarse también Asistentes, Repetidores, Preparadores y demás auxiliares que se estimen necesarios. ARTICULO 25. La carrera del magisterio universitario comenzara en los puestos inferiores del escalafón Académico. Los ascensos se harán rigurosamente en atención a los méritos del aspirante y según las normas que acordare la Universidad.
