Las autoridades judiciales deben situar a ordenes del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de justicia dentro de los diez (10) primeros días de cada mes las sumas de dinero de que tratan los literales c), d) y e) del artículo 1° de la Ley 26 de 1979, mediante resolución que así lo disponga y de acuerdo con la relación mensual de que trata el artículo 3° de este Decreto, comunicando su contenido a la entidad depositaria respectiva y al Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia para su convertibilidad.
