ARTICULO 2.3.2.13.- EMISION DE ACCIONES CON DIVIDENDO PREFERENCIAL POR SOCIEDADES QUE HAYAN EMITIDO BONOS CONVERTIBLES EN ACCIONES. Cuando una sociedad que haya emitido bonos convertibles en acciones, emita acciones con dividendo preferencial sin derecho a voto, deberá ofrecer a los tenedores de dichos bonos la facultad de convertirlos en esta clase de acciones, en las mismas condiciones económicas en que ofrezcan dichas acciones a terceros.
