Los bienes, derechos y obligaciones de la Superintendencia Bancaria de Colombia, incluyendo los previstos por el artículo 42 de la Ley 510 de 1999, y los de la Superintendencia de Valores que en virtud del presente decreto se fusionan;

Los bienes que como persona jurídica adquiera a cualquier título y por los ingresos que reciba de conformidad con las normas vigentes. CAPITULO II Organos Auxiliares de Carácter Consultivo
