Inspección, vigilancia y control. La Superintendencia Bancaria tendrá respecto al Fondo las mismas facultades de inspección, control y vigilancia con que cuenta frente a los demás establecimientos de crédito, en todo lo que no riña con las normas especiales contenidas en la Ley 432 de 1998. Para poder ejercer su objeto como establecimiento de crédito de naturaleza especial, el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro deberá obtener certificado de autorización expedido por el Superintendente Bancario.
