En firme la sentencia condenatoria, los bienes embargados y secuestrados dentro del proceso serán rematados por el Juez del conocimiento y para el efecto se tendrán en cuenta los trámites prescritos en el Código de Procedimiento Civil. Con el producto del remate se pagará primero a los acreedores hipotecarios o a quienes demuestren un derecho lícito y con el remate se satisfará la multa.
