Si notificada la liquidación del honorario, la sociedad rehusare, omitiere o demorare el pago, podrá el Superintendente imponerle multas sucesivas, hasta de $ 100, en favor del Tesoro Nacional, sin perjuicio de obtener el pago por conducto del Juez Nacional de Ejecuciones Fiscales.
