Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial, los artículos 101, 102, 103 y 104 del Decreto 1950 de 1964, este último regirá hasta tanto, El Ministerio de la Protección Social expida la reglamentación a que hace referencia el presente decreto. Asimismo, deroga del artículo 2º del Decreto 3554 de 2004, la definición de "farmacia homeopática" y de "medicamento homeopático magistral" y el artículo 50 del mismo decreto.
