Artículo único. Prorrógase Hasta el treinta y uno (31) de enero de mil novecientos cincuenta (1950) la vigencia del Decreto número 2768, de 21 de septiembre de 1916, "por el cual se regulan los alquileres de inmuebles urbanos".
