°. Modificación del inciso primero del artículo 52 del Decreto número 1165 de 2019. Modifíquese el inciso primero del artículo 52 del Decreto número 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 52. Inspección previa de la mercancía. Previo aviso a la autoridad aduanera, el declarante podrá efectuar la inspección previa de las mercancías ingresadas al territorio aduanero nacional, una vez presentado el informe de descargue e inconsistencias de que trata el artículo 151 del presente decreto. Posteriormente a esa diligencia podrá actualizar la declaración anticipada, cuando haya lugar a ello o presentar la declaración inicial según corresponda”.
