LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.4.2. Reconocimiento. La Autoridad Marítima solamente tendrá en cuenta los estudios náuticos efectuados en los Centros de Formación, Capacitación y Entrenamiento de reconocida idoneidad y/o con pensum y programas que correspondan con los contemplados en la Ley 35/81.
