Art. 7.° La accion civil de los particulares contra los que les hayan tomado sus bienes, sin autoridad, ni atribucion legal para ello, es solidaria contra todos los que hayan ordenado el hecho y concurrido á su ejecucion; y si fueren rebeldes los que lo han ejecutado, la responsabilidad solidaria se extiende á todos los que han tomado parte en la rebelion, aunque no hayan concurrido directamente al despojo verificado.
