Quien estuviere privado de su libertad, y creyere estarlo ilegalmente, tiene derecho a invocar ante cualquier autoridad judicial, en todo tiempo, por si o por interpuesta persona, el Habeas Corpus, el cual debe resolverse en el término de treinta y seis horas.
