Hasta el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la remuneración mensual del personal docente de las instituciones oficiales de educación superior corresponderá a gastos de representación, siempre y cuando se cumplan los demás requisitos de ley. Los Consejos Superiores de tales instituciones quedan facultados para determinar el porcentaje de los gastos de representación de dicho personal, sin superar en ningún caso el cincuenta por ciento (50%) estipulado.
