Art. 187. Después de anular un proceso ó parte de él, pueden los interesados revalidar lo anulado; y por este hecho no surtirá efecto alguno la condenación en costas de que trata el artículo 185. Si ya se hubieren satisfecho, se podrán reclamar como pago indebido.
