El presente decreto modifica y adiciona el Decreto 4000 de 2004 en los artículos antes indicados y deroga los artículos 34 y 35 del Decreto 4000 de 2004 y el artículo 4° del Decreto 164 de 2005. Las demás normas del Decreto 4000 de 2004 continuarán vigentes y sin modificación alguna. Los artículos 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 y 38 del Decreto 2107 de 2001 continúan vigentes y de forma parcial el artículo 28 de esta misma norma, en relación con la clase, categoría y código de las visas preferenciales.
