La presente Ley entra en vigencia a partir de la fecha de su promulgación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
El Gobierno Nacional debe publicar íntegramente las leyes modificadas o reformadas parcialmente por la presente Ley, incorporándoles las modificaciones de que hayan sido objeto.
