Ninguna disposición del presente Convenio será interpretada como impedimento para la adopción y el cumplimiento de medidas destinadas a la aplicación de leyes y reglamentos nacionales y los acuerdos internacionales relativos a seguridad de la navegación y de la vida humana en el mar y a sanidad.
