Art. 7º En vez de estampillas que han de adherir los comerciantes á sus Libros Mayores, se pagará el valor de tantas estampillas cuantas hojas tenga cada uno de esos libros; y se hará constar en una diligencia extendida en la primera hoja y suscrita por el Respectivo Recaudador, con lo cual se tendrá por bien satisfecha la contribución.
