del artículo 1º de la Ley 65 de 1937, y créase una Comisión de tres miembros que serán nombrados por el Presidente de la República y que se denominará Comisión de Escalafón de Antiguos Militares.
La Comisión creada por el artículo anterior tendrá las funciones, atribuciones y derechos que tenía la Comisión especial que el mismo artículo suspende.
