Art. 1452. No hai donación en el comodato de un objeto cualquiera, aunque su uso o goce costumbre a darse en arriendo.

Tampoco lo hai en el mutuo sin interés.

Pero lo hai en la remisión o cesión del derecho de percibir los réditos de un capital colocado a interés o a censo.
