ARTICULO 73 . OBJETIVO DE LA VIGILANCIA Y SEGURIDAD PRIVADA. La finalidad de los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada, en cualquiera de sus modalidades, es la de disminuir y prevenir las amanezas que afecten o puedan afectar la vida, la integridad personal o el tranquilo ejercicio de legítimos derechos sobre los bienes de las personas que reciben su protección, sin alterar o perturbar las condiciones para el ejercicio de los derechos y libertades públicas de la ciudadanía y sin invadir la órbita de competencia reservada a las autoridades.
