º . Manejo de Tesorería . Las cuentas mediante las cuales el establecimiento educativo administre los recursos del Fondo de Servidos Educativos, se abrirán a nombre del respectivo Fondo, y deberán ser autorizadas por la entidad territorial y su manejo se efectuará de acuerdo con las normas de tesorería de la entidad territorial.
