º . Adiciónase, el artículo 237 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, con la siguiente definición: " Precio estimado. Es aquel precio de referencia establecido en términos de márgenes o rangos mediante acto administrativo expedido por la Dirección de Aduanas, para ser utilizado como mecanismo de control de los precios FOB declarados por las mercancías importadas o introducidas al resto del territorio nacional".
