La Visa Temporal Ordinaria Trabajador Periodista se podrá otorgar al extranjero que pretenda ingresar al territorio nacional contratado por agencia de noticias o de información internacional extranjera para cumplir actividades inherentes a su profesión, o que pretenda ingresar sin mediar contrato de trabajo en representación de las mismas en carácter de corresponsal.
