Artículo décimo. Los miembros del "Consejo, de la Condecoración", serán a su vez "Miembros de la Orden" en los grados que a cada uno corresponden según su categoría y jerarquía para lo cual se requiere haber desempeñado el cargo por un término no menor de un año.
