Art. 200. El funcionario o empleado público que se aproveche de su destino para prevenir, recomendar o insinuar de cualquiera manera que sea a alguno o algunos de los electores que voten o que no voten por determinadas personas, será destituido de su destino o cargo e incurrirá en una multa de doscientos a cuatrocientos pesos.
