A las reuniones de la Junta concurrirán el Gerente, el Auditor, el Secretario y las demás personas a quienes la misma Junta cite o convoque. Ninguno de ellos tendrá voto en las decisiones de la Junta, ni devengará remuneración especial por su asistencia.
