ARTICULO 21 . Facturación especial. En el caso de distribución masiva y ambulante de productos alimenticios, donde la práctica comercial dificulte la expedición de factura por cada operación, se entiende cumplida tal exigencia, con la facturación diaria que realice el contribuyente a sus distribuidores o vendedores, la cual constituye documento equivalente. Tratándose del servicio de utilización o préstamo a cualquier título de juegos electrónicos, cuando la práctica comercial dificulte la expedición de factura por cada operación, el responsable podrá optar por elaborar una factura diaria por cada establecimiento o sitio en el que se presten dicho servicio, la cual constituye documento equivalente.
