° Los mismos alumnos serán preferidos en igualdad de circunstancias en competencia con los que no prestaron sus servicios al gobierno durante la guerra, para la provision de las becas.

Parágrafo

Los que tomaron armas contra el Gobierno en la citada guerra, o coadyuvaron directamente a ella, quedan privados de la beca de que gozaban.
