º. El Gobierno Nacional, por medio del Ministerio de Industrias, procederá a hacer construir un tanque bañadero en cada uno de los puertos y fronteras servidos por Inspectores de Sanidad Pecuaria por donde se importen ganados, o en los sitios de tránsito que estime convenientes. Para la construcción de los tanques a que se refiere este artículo, el Ministerio abrirá licitación pública, para adjudicar el contrato en cada lugar, al individuo o entidad que mejores ventajas ofrezca.
