El artículo 67 del Decreto - ley 955 de 1970 queda así: Artículo 67. Apelación. El recurso de apelación solo procede contra la sentencia y contra el auto de detención preventiva, el que dispone o niega la libertad, el de sobreseimiento definitivo, el que ordena el archivo del sumario, el que ordena la entrega de mercancía o de su precio, si hubiere sido enajenada, el de llamamiento a juicio y el que acoge la acusación formulada por el fiscal.
