Artículo segundo. Para tal finalidad, y como parle del valor de que trata el artículo anterior, el Ministerio pondrá a disposición de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones la suma de setenta mil pesos ($ 70.000.00) moneda corriente, correspondiente el Capítulo 3002, Artículo 30010 del presupuesto del Ministerio de Comunicaciones para la actual vigencia.
