Sujeto Activo. Son competentes para cobrar y recaudar la Tasa Retributiva por Vertimientos Puntuales al Agua, las autoridades ambientales señaladas en el artículo 2.2.9.7.2.2 del Decreto número 1076 de 2015.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.9.7.2.3. Sujeto Activo. Son competentes para cobrar y recaudar la tasa retributiva por vertimientos puntuales al recurso hídrico, las autoridades ambientales señaladas en el artículo 2.2.9.7.2.2 del presente capítulo.
