Cédense, a título gratuito, y como aporte extraordinario a favor del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, Regional Bolívar, los derechos de dominio de la Nación sobre los terrenos que sean recuperados dentro de la zona de bajamar señalada en el artículo 1º. de esta ley, con destino exclusivo a la realización del Proyecto de Renovación Urbana de la Zona Sur-oriental de Cartagena.
