ARTICULO 118. Aceptación indebida de honores. El colombiano que acepte cargo, honor, distinción o merced de Estado en hostilidad, guerra o conflicto armado con la Patria, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas de uno (1) a tres (3) años.
