La Corporación Financiera del Transporte S.A. y el Instituto Nacional del Transporte semestralmente o cuando lo estimen conveniente, certificarán mediante censo el parque automotor que percibe el pago de las sumas a que hace referencia este Decreto con el fin de garantizar su derecho al mismo. Para este efecto los propietarios de los vehículos deberán presentarlos en las fechas, lugares y horas señalados por la Corporación Financiera del Transporte y de conformidad con el reglamento de que habla el artículo tercero del presente Decreto.
