El Consejo Superior del Subsidio Familiar decidirá la fecha a partir de la cual las Cajas de Compensación Familiar deberán someter sus programas de beneficio social a lo determinado en este Decreto. En todo caso dicha fecha no podrá exceder en seis (6) meses al ejercicio semestral en curso.
