º El Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico ejercerá las funciones de inspección y vigilancia de que trata el artículo anterior a través de la Superintendencia de Sociedades, sobre todas las personas a que se refiere el mismo, con excepción de las sociedades fiduciarias que adelanten actividades reguladas por la Ley 66 de 1968, cuya vigilancia integral se conserva en el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público a través de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
