Art. 9º Con excepción de los vales á favor de extranjeros, que continuarán amortizándose con el seis por ciento (6%) de los derechos de importación, todos los demás documentos de crédito que constituyen la deuda interior, quedan comprendidos en las disposiciones de la presente ley.
