º . El Gerente será nombrado por el Presidente de la República para un período de dos años. Tanto el Gerente como los Directores son reelegibles indefinidamente. Los actuales Directores y el Gerente se entienden elegidos para el primer período. Dos de los Directores actualmente nombrados y designados a la suerte tendrán un período de tres años, con el fin de que a partir del 1º de enero de 1934 se nombren dos Directores cada dos años.
