Del suministro de fondos por la entidad contratante . De acuerdo con el presupuesto y las condiciones que se establezcan en el contrato, la entidad contratante suministrará al contratista los fondos necesarios para el cumplimiento de sus funciones y obligaciones. Dichos fondos serán manejados por el administrador delegado bajo su propia responsabilidad y de ello rendirá cuenta a la entidad respectiva y a la Contraloría General de la República.
