El Gobierno Nacional establecerá a favor de los funcionarios y empleados judiciales y de sus familiares programas de bienestar social relativos a vivienda, educación, cultura, salud, recreación y demás programas que permitan elevar su nivel de vida y propender a su mejoramiento social y cultural. El Gobierno Nacional hará extensivos a los funcionarios y empleados judiciales y a sus familiares los programas de bienestar social que ejecuten las entidades públicas especializadas en la materia, de conformidad con las condiciones y procedimientos que se establezcan.
